Deep garnet red with aromas of red fruit, lavender and wild thyme. Very smooth with soft tannins, clean and fruity with distinct flavours of damsons and hints of spice. Drink with quality cured ham and potatoes “dauphinoise”, poultry in pepper and tomato sauce, roast game birds, lightly spiced creamy curries and Oriental dishes.
