Gentle soaks using new-generation tanks that keep the cap down in the Juice, promoting extraction of silky skin tannins. Substantial investments into microbiological research to select the best native yeasts. Aged for 14 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
Aromas of blackberries and dark cherries are woven together with tobacco, roasted coffee and spices. Medium to full bodied, well structured and balanced with wonderful minerality at its core. The finish is polished with dark fruits and tobacco notes lingering.
