Chateau Perron

HK$ 200

In 1531, Jean de Pontac, owner of Château Haut Brion, bought this property. Since that time, Château Perron is well known for its red Graves wines. The current owner is the Guignard family.

It went through 3 to 4 weeks maceration, then it took 12 months in oak barrels.

Color: Deep ruby with purple ring in color.
Nose: A sweet nose of fleshy and ripe with blackberry, cassis and wild hedgerow. Tight on the finish with a touch of burnt toast, and torrefaction aromas.
Palate: The well-bodied palate is harmonious and supple in texture with rounded black fruits with fine tannin.

Food Pairing: Open Château Perron 2 hours prior consumption, and drink it with red meat, or strong cheeses. You can wait 8 to 10 years as well for to serve it with poultries, games or finest cheeses.
