Vietti Freisa Vivace Langhe DOC 2018
Ruby-red colour, with a floral and ripe fruit aroma and hints of blackberry. Full-bodied wine, with a crisp acidity, rich and soft tannins, finesse and excellent balance, great complexity and a long lingering finish. This wine is slightly sparkling.

Josmeyer, Riesling “Le Kottabe”, Alsace 2020
Color: Bright straw color.
Nose: Intensely mineral aromas of lemon, apricot and white flowers.
Palate: Fresh and crisp, with a mineral spine providing support to the bright, lightly saline nectarine and citrus flavors. Finishes with lemony zip and an austere mouthfeel.

Ferrari, Perlé, Trento NV
The best Chardonnay from the family’s vineyards is used to make this vintage Trentodoc; it is the wine that best summarizes the art of Ferrari. The phrasing of its taste is highly elegant, with a crescendoing finish.

Vietti Moscato d’Asti DOCG “Cascinetta” 2021
Brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. Slight sparkling, this Moscato d’Asti has an intense aroma of ripe yellow fruit (peaches, apricots, pears), floral notes (rose petals) and refined exotic spices (freshly cut ginger). On the palate it shows a delicate, well-balanced sweetness in combination with a refined sparkle and well-balanced acidity, good complexity and a fresh, persistent fruity aftertaste (fresh apricots).

Domaine de l’Ecu, “Mephisto” 2016
Color: Beautiful dark color.
Nose: Full nose, flattering, round, expressive, black fruits and red berries, blackberry, strawberry, gooseberry, hints of white pepper.
Palate: Sweet attack, medium snug but charming mouth, tannins still tight but velvety, beautiful volume, rich, deep, delicate, chopped fruit, hints of sweet spices.

Chateau Franc le Maine, Dirty South, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2016
Gentle soaks using new-generation tanks that keep the cap down in the Juice, promoting extraction of silky skin tannins. Substantial investments into microbiological research to select the best native yeasts. Aged for 14 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
