The grapes were picked up to a potential sugar degree of 13.8%. The fermentation starts in tank and finish in the bottle with 14g / L of residual sugars. No sulfite added.
Color: Green and golden reflects with elegant bubbles and light foam.
Nose: Mineral nose, lightly oxidative and expressive.
Palate: Prominence of apple, pear flavours and baking spice. Refreshing with a long finish.
Food Pairing: Drink it as an aperitif, also match with fish, poultry or fruit dessert.
