SAKURAMASAMUNE Masamune Ginjo Genshu
The Masamune Ginjo Genshu is a special “undiluted” style of Sake. Made following the tradition of 400 years this Sake shows original taste, without dilution. It has powerful aromas and a textured rich palate. The Sake explodes on the palate with a complex range of flavours. As it sits in your glass, and with each sip, the flavors change and evolve. Even with the higher alcohol it finishes clean and balanced.

TAKINOKOI Garyotensei Junmaidaiginjo
The full doby makes up the key of this sake, reflecting the winery’s brewing philosophy. This Junmaidaiginjo is brewed with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Pref. Polished to 45% remained, with the result of the vivid soft rich palate from a fruity note, both lasting as long as you taste it.
