Dubourdieu Chateau Cantegril, Sauternes AOC 375ML

A rich but well-measured Sauternes, this is packed full of nectarine pits, rich peaches, grilled almond and tobacco notes, joined by the saffron and white pepper spice that marks it as a good quality Sauternes. Slightly higher levels of acidity would balance things out, but this is impressive stuff, with a ribbon of silk running through the middle. Drinking Window 2020-2030.
