2015 Emilio Moro, “Malleolus de Valderramiro”, Ribera del Duero DO, Spain
Cherry red very covered. On the nose it is intense and complex, very characteristic of this wine and which again another year expresses the best of our oldest vine. The varieties of the most genuine tempranillo are the protagonists, mature and rich in nuances thanks to aging in fine oak barrels. On the palate it is powerful with silky and long lasting tannins The finish is long and persistant.

2019 Craggy Range, Sophia Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand
Deep ruby color. Notes of graphite, blueberry and black raspberry fruits, cedary and dried tobacco leaves. Bone dry,a muscular tannic structure and a refreshing acid line, enable this wine to age for over a decade.

NV Edouard Duval Noir D’Eulalie Extra Brut Champagne, France
Noir d’Eulalie is a blanc de noirs crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir from 3 plots located at the top of the hillside. About 40% of the wines were vinified and aged in Burgundian Demi-Muids. It is a rare Champagne, result of a strict parcel selection in our historical vineyards where the singular expression of old vines of pinot noir transcends our terroir of oyster marls.

2017 Craggy Range Les Beaux Cailloux Chardonnay Gimblett Gravels Hawkes Bay, New Zealand
Pale straw colour. Aromatic charm aplenty with subtle notes of ripe peach, honey roasted nuts and lemon blossom. Lithe and long across the palate. Mid palate fruit richness is tempered by fine acidity and a lovely textural seam. Finishes dry and delicious.

2016 Ferraton Père & Fils, “Le Meal”, Ermitage AOP, Rhone Valley, France
Cedar and creme de cassis mark the nose of this Ermitage Le Méal. This is a big, powerful, intense bottle of Syrah, packed with dark fruit and layers of crushed stones and pencil shavings and buoyed by hints of savory spice. Full-bodied and tannic yet velvety and rich. Do not let your cellar miss it.

Godet Cognac VSOP Original, France
Aging: 10 years in oak casks
Blending: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois
This cognac is characterized by very well integrated tannins combined with some elements of florality on the nose.
All that tinge with hazelnuts and peach jam to create a mellow and suave cognac. A present but velvetty persistence in the mouth makes it a very pleasant and easy to drink VSOP.

Happy Easter!
