2019 Bodegas Roda Sela, Rioja, Spain
Traditional Rioja red, 12 months aging in French oak barrel. Choosing a wine to take for a dinner when you don’t know the tastes of the other guests is no easy task. Even more so when you have youth on your side, but not a lot of wine knowledge. Sela has now become one of the safest options on these occasions: a wine that is very fruity and juicy on entry, fresh and succulent. Readily appreciated by inexperienced palates, whilst wine connoisseurs will easily recognize its winery’s trademark: quality and elegance.

Very interesting grape has become more and more popular in EU, Especially German!Fruity,herbs,more rounded acidity to make this chardonnay-like grape in German provide different taste rather than Riesling. It can be serve follow by riesling pairing some cooked seafood.

NV Edouard Duval Noir D’Eulalie Extra Brut Champagne, France
Noir d’Eulalie is a blanc de noirs crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir from 3 plots located at the top of the hillside. About 40% of the wines were vinified and aged in Burgundian Demi-Muids. It is a rare Champagne, result of a strict parcel selection in our historical vineyards where the singular expression of old vines of pinot noir transcends our terroir of oyster marls.

2017 Craggy Range Les Beaux Cailloux Chardonnay Gimblett Gravels Hawkes Bay, New Zealand
Pale straw colour. Aromatic charm aplenty with subtle notes of ripe peach, honey roasted nuts and lemon blossom. Lithe and long across the palate. Mid palate fruit richness is tempered by fine acidity and a lovely textural seam. Finishes dry and delicious.

2019 Craggy Range, Sophia Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand
Deep ruby color. Notes of graphite, blueberry and black raspberry fruits,cedary and dried tobacco leaves. Bone dry,a muscular tannic structure and a refreshing acid line,enable this wine to age for over a decade.

Godet Cognac VSOP Original, France
Aging: 10 years in oak casks
Blending: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois
This cognac is characterized by very well integrated tannins combined with some elements of florality on the nose.
All that tinge with hazelnuts and peach jam to create a mellow and suave cognac. A present but velvetty persistence in the mouth makes it a very pleasant and easy to drink VSOP.
