Jean Rene Germanier, Fusio Pinot Noir

A pure Pinot Noir from a selection of a few magnificent plots particularly suitable for this grape variety in central Valais.After a long cold maceration which allows to extract fruity and color, a part is aged in vats in the conventional way and another in barrels, for 1 year. It is a dense and harmonious wine, with a complex and intense nose. The palate is velvety, supple, accompanied by aromas of small red fruits such as blackcurrant, raspberry and beautiful spicy notes of liquorice and pepper. It will go perfectly with your fish and poultry dishes, but also an aperitif.
