Josmeyer, “Mise du Printemps” Alsace AOP
Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours. Transferred to thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to begin a fermentation using only its own natural yeast. Maturing on fine lees from 4 to 8 months in old centenary casks.
Color: Pale yellow color.
Nose: Open and expressive on fresh notes of grapefruit and white flowers.
Palate: The balance of the wine is full and fleshy. The wine has a juicy character, spontaneous with a nice structure. Friendly and easy drinking wine, it finishes on a long and fresh aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Ideal served fish terrines, mussels, cockles, omelettes, soufflés, raw vegetables and creamy cheeses.
