La Grange Tiphaine Les Epinays Montlouis Sur Loire AOC
Many of the vines for Les Epinays are over 100 years old.
Vinification and Maturing:
Harvested by hand. Using natural yeast for long fermentation in casks without racking or sulphiting. Then, it went through 18 months aging in concrete tank.
Golden color with green reflects
Expressive notes of white fruits, acacia flower and butter
Waxy texture with touch of honey. Little spicy pepper and ginger in the finish
White meats, fish or seafood, cheese or cold cuts.
