Hand harvested sorted, and destemmed, then the whole granules were poured into the tank. Cold settling and fermenting for 15 days. Then transferred to precede malolactic fermentation and aged in French new oak barrels for 19 months.
Color: Bright ruby red.
Nose: Rich aromas of strawberries, red plums and green peppers
Palate: A soft and firm mouth feel, with balanced acidity, and a long finish.
Food Pairing: All the meat. It’s a great companion for friends gathering moments.
