Age of the Vines: 25 years. Vinified using traditional methods. The maceration lasts 3 weeks with daily pump overs. Aged for 50% in French oak vats, 25% in French oak barrels and 25% in stainless steel for 12 months.

Color: Beautiful ruby color with shades of purple.
Nose: Small red fruits, redcurrant and floral notes of violet with a touch of licorice.
Palate: Generous and gourmand on the palate. We find notes of red fruits with a nice freshness and a finish full of finesse.

Food Pairing: Black pepper beef steak, Cantonese roasted duck and goose, Beijing duck.
