Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks for at least 30 months, in contact with lees. No malolactic. Further ageing in steel for 4-5 years (no lees). 1 year of bottle ageing.
Color: Straw yellow with green tints.
Nose: Very expressive nose with notes of peach intermixed with citrus hints that provide freshness and a grassy, floral touch.
Palate: On the palate it is chiselled, pure and clean, with focused flavours and an incredibly long finish.
Food pairing: Seafood and elaborated fish dishes.
