Tiansai, Skyline Marselan Selection
Hand pick at proper ripeness and hand sort. Destem, crush and cold macerate. Ferment for 2 weeks with temperature control. Then finish the Melo-lactic fermentation. Age in barrels for 16 months with 50% new oak. Stabilize and clarificate; then bottle.
Color: Deep purple in color and clear.
Nose: Intense mulberry, blueberry, and black cherry aroma on the nose, with a hint of clove and cinnamon spiciness.
Palate: It is full bodied and vibrate with balanced tannin structure.
