Marthe Henry Boillot Hautes Cotes de Beaune AOP 2020

在巴黎擔任記者後，瑪爾特·亨利·博伊洛 (Marthe Henry Boillot) 回到默爾索的家人身邊，並於 2013 年創立了自己的品牌。 Marthe 在勤工儉學期間曾在 Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard 酒莊工作，目前是 Domaine Rougeot 酒莊團隊的一員。

Marthe 的祖父 Pierre Boillot 於 2.5 年去世，留下了 2004 公頃的莊園。其中一些葡萄是有機的。葡萄酒在桶中保存的時間長達 2023 個月。紅色是整簇的。僅在裝瓶時添加少量硫磺。
