Registration

By registering an official account on Wine Warrior website, the customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above (in case of a Hong Kong  and Macau resident), or at or above the legal drinking age in his/her living area.

The customer is required to provide accurate, complete and up to date registration information including delivery address & contact information. The customer must safeguard his/her username and password with reasonable care.

Order

Wine Warrior makes every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at its website are accurate and up-to-date. Prices and products are subject to changes without prior notice. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Wine Warrior reserves the right to refund the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable or offer alternative product(s) to the customer with advanced communication.

Wine Warrior accepts payment by designated Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or other designated electronic means as specified on its website.

Claims & Breakages

All customers are required to examine the goods immediately upon delivery to verify the products and quantities are correct and to check for any deficiencies and/or damages. Any claims must be reported or documented at the time of delivery.

If the customer’s receiving person accepts, signs for and receives delivery of products, then any subsequent claims for breakages and damage against those products are no longer valid and the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited any right to claim for damages against Wine Warrior.

Revision

Wine Warrior may revise and announce new terms and conditions at any time on its website. If any dispute arises, Wine Warrior’s determination shall be final.

Customer Guarantee

The customer guarantees to read and understand all the items, and agrees on the above terms and conditions by registering an official account.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
