The Pelissero family has always been dedicated to agriculture with a strong connection to the Langhe territory and its traditional, typical style. Nebbiolo is the grape varietal that more than any other has defined and will continue to define the history of the Langhe hills and the Barbaresco area.
The winery - located in Treiso, in the heart of the Barbaresco DOCG appellation – bottled and sold the first wines in 1960. Since then the spirit of continuous research in the vineyard, plus passion, commitment and innovative dynamism have always been the firm bases that Pelissero today combines with the pride of having reached the third generation of viticulturists. However, the philosophy remains unchanged: Pelissero focuses on original varietals typical of Piedmont, particularly Nebbiolo.
