Aimery, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pays d’Oc IGP

Grapes are handpicked. Vinification is traditional with a long maceration (5 weeks) to extract the maximum of colors, aromas and tannins.

Color: Intense, bright red hue
Nose: Fruity and expressive with notes of blackcurrant-like red fruit, spice and pepper
Palate: Elegant and silky with soft, melted tannins and a spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Can be enjoyed with grilled or stewed red meat, such as braised beef with cep mushrooms.
