Domaine Jean-Rene Germanier Fusio Pinot Noir

A pure Pinot Noir from a selection of a few magnificent plots particularly suited to this varietal in central Valais. This vintage was vinified with lots of fruit and elegance. After a long cold maceration to extract fruit and color, part of the wine is aged in barrels in the traditional way and another part in barriques for a year.It is a dense and harmonious wine, with a complex and intense nose. On the palate it is velvety, smooth, accompanied by aromas of red berries such as blackcurrant, raspberry and nice spicy notes of liquorice and pepper.It goes perfectly with your fish and poultry dishes but also with an aperitif.
