Age of the Vines: 20 years; Hand-picked and directly whole-bunch pressed. Fermented at low temperature to keep varietal aromas in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months on fine lees.

Color: Pale color with golden tints.
Nose: Elegant and intense aromas of white flowers, pear and apricots.
Palate: Round and reveals notes of citrus and stone fruits. The finish is fresh and balanced with a nice fruity persistence.

Food Pairing: Pre-dinner drink, Oysters and shellfish, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, Japanese sashimi, sushi, tempura, green asparagus.
