Legacy Peak Chardonnay 2022 (1500ml)

Vines over 20 years old. Hand harvested and sorted after fully mature. Then directly pressed into the tank. Cold settling and the fermentation for 15 days then vinified in new oak for 12 months.

Color: Bright yellow color with beautiful shiny reflections.
Nose: Opens with abundant tropical fruit aromas, especially the fine melon and pineapple tints.
Palate: Full bodied and excellent complexity, hazelnuts, sesame flavors.

Food Pairing: Veal, lamb, hairy crabs or salmon.
