These 35-year-old vines grow at 250m altitude, perched above the village of Malleval in northern St Joseph. They are 100% destemmed to express the power of the terroir. An intensely peppery nose competes with crushed raspberries and undertones of concentrated dark berries. A core of graphite and firm but ripe tannins structure the mid-palate. This is powerful yet refined. Drink 2024 to 2030.
