Paul Jaboulet Aine, “Le Chant des Griolles”, Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, AOC (Half Bottle) – 375ml
HK$ 215
Pliny the Elder referred to this wine in his “Natural History”. But this wine became famous during the 17th century, thanks to the importance of the Muscat grape variety, used for the elaboration of Vin Doux Natural (AOC since 1945).
Striking gold color. The nose is complex with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. The palate, supported by magnificent freshness, reveals a rich and dense balance as well as candied fruit flavors. The finish is delicate and persistent. A wine of great delicacy!
Food Pairing:
Drink as an aperitif, iced melon with Muscat, Exotic sorbets or peach gratin.
