Handpicked harvest. Traditional fermentation in 20-25% new oak barrels. Maturation for 18-20 months in cellar for ageing, stored in barrels.

Color: Bright golden yellow.
Nose: Aromas of white flowers, flint, green almond, and orange-flower. Beeswax and honey, marzipan, ambergris, and cinnamon come with age.
Palate: Amazing balance between the fruit and minerality. Firm and flattering, becomes fleshier and fuller with time.

Food Pairing: Pare with firm-textured fish and grilled or steamed crustaceans, dense-fleshed poultry.
