Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Destemmed, crushed and cold macerating, then fermented for 2 weeks with temperature control. Aged in 100% new barrels for 15 months.

Color: Deep red in color.
Nose: Aromas of mulberry, blueberry, and black cherry, with a hint of clove and cinnamon spiciness
Palate: A strong yet intense structure with a unique concentration and depth. Significant identification and obvious structure.

Food pairing: Grilled meat, duck leg
