Tiansai, Skyline Selection Chardonnay

Hand pick at proper ripeness and low temperature, and hand sort. Destem, crush, soft texture press and cold
settle. 65% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tank at low temperature for 3 weeks; another 35% is
fermented in 500L oak barrels and aging with lees stirring for 8 months. Blend, stabilize, clarificate; then bottle.

Color: Straw yellow in color with a green hue.
Nose: Fresh pineapple like tropical fruit aroma is accompanied by citrus and green honeydew aroma on the nose.
Palate: It is clear, crispy and vibrate; fresh fruit flavor and the creaminess contribute to each other.
