Color: Pale gold with silver highlights, limpid and brilliant.
Nose: Hints of fresh citrus and a slight mineral touch is complemented by notes of candied citrus fruits and sweet spices.
Palate: Mineral limestone structure well present with beautiful fruits in evidence. Elegant, with honeyed and spicy notes on the finish. Good length.
Food pairing: Aperitif, seafood, French pâtés.
