La Grange Tiphaine Clef de Sol Blanc Montlouis Sur Loire AOC

Harvested by hand by sorting the grapes of Montlouis-sur-Loire. Long alcoholic fermentation in barrels with aging on lees without racking until bottling. The purpose of the barrel is only to provide controlled oxidation.

Color: Pale golden color with green reflects
Nose: Lovely notes of honey, pear and apricot.
Palate: Medium body with great balance. Velvety palate with mineral hints and long finish.

Food Pairing: White meat, fish or seafood, also go well with a cheese or cold meats platter.
