Legacy Peak, Cabernet Sauvignon
Hand harvested after fully matured, sorted, and destemmed, then the whole granules were poured into the tank. Cold settling and fermenting for 15 days. Then transferred to precede malolactic fermentation and aged in 100% new oak barrels for 12 months.
Color: Bright ruby red.
Nose: Aromas of violet, blueberry and brown fruit.
Palate: A firm, full wine body, soft but silky tannins right after the bottle is opened.
Food Pairing: All the meat and braised food.
