Age of the vines: 35 years. Traditional vinification with long vatting, controlled fermentation temperatures with pump-overs every day. 20% in French oak and stainless steel tanks during 12 months ageing.

Color: Beautiful purple color with dark purple reflections.
Nose: Its nose is charming and reveals aromas of red fruits, spices and lavender.
Palate: The mouth is surprising and gourmet, it offers a beautiful roundness with notes of raspberries and cherries. The finish is dense, long with a spicy persistence.

Food Pairing: A ‘perfect through the meal wine’. Cold cuts and cheese platters. Italian pasta and tomato based dishes. Suckling pig, pork ribs, meatballs.
