The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks with daily pump overs. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Color: Deep ruby color.
Nose: Powerful black fruits and blackberries aromas as well as notes of licorice. A delicate spice note makes the nose complex and noble.
Palate: Smooth and expresses aromas of black fruits and spice.

Food Pairing: Barbecued and grilled meats. Black pepper and mildly spiced dishes including Chinese stir-fried meats and greens.
