Los Compañeros is Spanish for ‘The Companions’ as Shiraz and Tempranillo really do keep great company.

Colour
Medium deep red.

Aroma
Red and blue jubey fruits, intertwined with five spice. Charry oak and some herbal characters adding complexity.

Palate
The soft blue and red berry characters follow on to the palate. Shiraz providing a mouthful of plush spicey-sweet fruit, whilst Tempranillo plays its hand by contributing a deliciously rustic, savoury tannin profile.

Food Pairing
Very well paired with a generous serving of Osso Bucco.
