The Starting Point Riesling 2019

Whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press. After pressing, the grape juice is cold settled in low temperature for 2 days, and then fermented in tanks. The fermentation is kept at 15°C. After nearly 30 days of fermentation, it is then clarified, cold stabilized and filtered. The Riesling has been stored in tanks until bottling in June 2020
Color: bright lemon color with olive hue
Nose: chalky minerals and hint of petrol, typical of the variety
Palate: light body, crisp acidity, clean and refreshing
With aging, it will retain freshness while develop tertiary characters and improve complexity.
