Hand pick at proper ripeness and hand sort. Destem, crush and cold macerate. Ferment for 10 days with temperature control. Then finish the Melo-lactic fermentation. Parts of the wine is aged in stainless steel tank. The rest is aged in old barrels for 10 months.
Color: Deep garnet in color.
Nose: Fresh fruitiness dominates; Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine body and structure, and Merlot brings softness and fruitiness.
Palate: It is balanced. Drinking this wine can make the drinker relax and happy.
Serving suggestions: decant properly before drink; serve at 14-16 ℃
