Flattering and expressive nose with notes of fig, quince, apricot, dried fig, currants and bitter orange peel. Clean, frank, direct attack; very dry and tense wine which develops in the middle of the mouth to become more charming and playful, smooth tannins, good volume. A deep, pure and delicate wine with chiseled fruit, notes of sweet spices and saffron. Long persistence.

VINIFICATION: Received by gravity, destemmed and vinified in in underground tank with indigenous yeast.

AGING: 8 months of skin maceration in amphora.
