Emmanuel Brochet Les Hauts Chardonnay 2014

This recoltant is located not far from Reims and owns around 2.5 hectares of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The area is a small hill – Mont Benoit, where young vine are placed next to older ones, even 60 years old. Chardonnay lies on the top of the hill, where the soil thickness is only 30cm. Meunier grows downhill. Each vine finds hee the best conditions to express its best Emmanuel Brochet cuddles his vineyards and has embraced biodynamics. This young winemaker has talent and a promising future.

The Champagne Les Hauts Chardonnays 2014 by Emmanuel Brochet is a Blanc de Blancs, from vineyards planted in 1962 in a single parcel in the highest part of Mont Benoit. Dosage 2 g/L for this fantastic Champagne Extra Brut, produced in 1495 bottles.
