Jerome Galeyrand Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvee Antonin 2022
HK$ 400
After working at Domaine Alain Burguet in Gevrey-Chambertin and training at the Beaune wine school, Jérôme Galeyrand set up his own winery in 2002 on a 0.5 ha plot in the Côtes de Nuits. Since opening, this winery has become a leading producer in Burgundy and they have expanded their estate to 5.5 hectares spread across five of the most prestigious denominations. As a result, they produce very pure wines with a clear expression of the terroir.
Size: 0.80 ha (1.98 ac)

Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification. 100% de-stemmed, 4-8 day pre-fermentation cold maceration, ambient yeast fermentation with punchdowns and pump-overs depending on the vintage.
