Josmeyer, Riesling Le Dragon 2022

Age of vines: 40 years. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours. Transferred to thermo-regulated stainless steel to begin a natural fermentation using only its own natural yeast for one month.

Color: Pale yellow color.
Nose: Note of smoke and flavors of melon, yellow plum and candied pink grapefruit zest, showing a touch of almond skin.
Palate: Joined by a flash of lemon freshness that brightens and heightens the slender but concentrated palate. Fulfill with lemon and peach in mouth.

Food Pairing: All types of fish, sushis, goat cheese, chicken on a creamy sauce, tartar of fish.
