The average vine age is 15 years old. Fruit is delicately hand harvested and fermented using indigenous yeasts found naturally on the skins of the grapes.

Delicate yellow colour with hues of green throughout. On the nose delicate floral notes of elderflower and Jasmin, are accompanied by notes of fresh granny smith apples. The mouthfeel is well structured and persistent, finishing with a beautiful salinity. Drinking beautifully now but also has the potential to age 5 years. An incredibly versatile wine, perfect as an aperitif on the terrace, or with freshly grilled seafood.
