100% Chenin Blanc

The average vine age is 20 years old. Fruit is delicately hand harvested and fermented using indigenous yeasts found naturally on the skins of the grapes.

Notes of hazelnut and sesame on the nose. Ripe green pear complimented by a buttery caramelised peach flavour, cut through with rich confit lemon. Great complexity in the palate a well balanced wine. Drinking beautifully now but also has the potential to age 5 years. Pair with a fragrant tomato-and-coconut curry with pieces of flaky white fish.
