Luis Cañas Blanco Viñas Viejas 2022

This is a white wine from the DO La Rioja produced by Bodegas Luis Cañas. It is a blend of the Viura (90%) and Malvasía (10%) varieties. The grapes come from old vineyards over 50 years old. The harvest is carried out manually and the bunches are selected in the vineyard and in the winery.

The wine is fermented in Barrel for 17 days at a temperature of 19º. It is then transferred to new French oak barrels (75%) and American oak barrels (25%) to carry out malolactic fermentation and rests in them for 3 months together with its lees, resulting in a voluminous and full-bodied wine.
