Age of the Vines: From 15-40 years. Destemmed, crushed, controlled alcoholic fermentation and temperatures, vatting over 3 to 4 weeks. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels (20% are new)
Color: Deep ruby color.
Nose: Aromas of peony, pot-pourri and Black olives.
Palate: This wine shows a rich and velvety mouth feel, with an extreme elegance and a lot of finesse.
Food Pairing: Quail, pigeon, duck confit and Beijing Duck, Wagyu beef, truffle based and mushrooms dishes.
