Destalking followed by 14 days on the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturation in used barriques and tonneaux for 10 months.
Color: Saturated purple-mauve
Nose: The nose shows ripe plums and wild blackberries and has pleasantly complex aromatic hints of incense, jasmine and black truffle
Palate: In the mouth it is full, very soft, with rounded tannins and perfectly balanced oak
