Rodolphe Demougeot Les Beaux Fougets Beaune AOC 2015

Thanks to the respect for the land instilled by his winegrower grandparents, Rodolphe Demougeot created his estate in 1992 in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

Initially, Rodolphe Demougeot ‘s vineyard covered 3 hectares in Hautes-Côte de Beaune, Pommard and Beaune. Over time, Rodolphe Demougeot acquired new plots in the communes of Savigny-lès-Beaune, Monthelie and Meursault where he set up his estate in 1998.

Today, the Rodolphe Demougeot estate includes 8 hectares of vines, which he cultivates in a reasoned way in order to best transcribe the identity of each of his plots. All the plots are plowed and receive no herbicide. The harvest is done manually, both for the Chardonnay and for the Pinot Noir. Most of the work in the vineyard as well as the bottling is done according to the lunar calendar.

The Beaune Les Beaux Fougets 2015 has deep color with aromas of red and black fruits. It is structured, solid and balanced. It will be appreciated with a risotto with porcini mushrooms, stuffed poultry, rabbit with mustard, roast beef, pork tenderloin.
