A classic Bourgogne Aligote from VBurgundy’s Cotes de Beaune produced by Domaine Roux Pere et Fils, a family run winemaker established in 1855 with brothers Mathieu and Sebastien now in charge of production. The family winery is based in the hills of Saint-Aubin, at the southern end of the Cote d’Or.

Color: Pale golden.
Nose: Galia melon skin, raw celery, green apple and wet chalk with faint lemon.
Palate: Cleansing tart lemony acidity with celery, artichoke, flinty minerality, and light apple fruitiness
