Tasting Note
Bright yellow, with greenish reflections. Intensely aromatic, with a citric character reminiscent of pink grapefruit and some herbaceous touches. Fruity and fresh on the palate, the fleeting oaky note due to its brief aging in oak makes it a balanced and unique white.

Green salads, shellfish (scallops, prawns, shrimp), avocado, seafood soups, sea fish (sole, brotola) and lagoon fish (silverside), steamed salmon with citrus sauce, potato tortillas, goat cheese.
