Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts in concrete and fiberglass vats. Aging on fine lees for 4 to 5 months.
Color: Pale gold color.
Nose: Scents of acacia blossom and white-fleshed fruit and prominent green apple.
Palate: Nice hints of minerality with bites of great acidity. Citrusy and pear finish.
Food Pairing: Best paired with seafood, white meats with cream and dry cheese.
