Bright sparkling pale yellow hues present in this Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend. Citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon rind combine with fresh quince, lemongrass and a smoky oak quality. Flavors are round and soft due to the sur-lie maturation, with orange rind, lemon zest, fig and pear with a layered complexity of a peat dried type of toasted oak. This is an elegant, delicate white wine with tremendous length and flavor.
